I. Policy Update

SoulCo firmly adopts a zero-tolerance stance towards any inappropriate behavior involving children. Any user who fails to comply with SoulCo's policy for protecting minors (under the age of 18) (as detailed below) will be banned by SoulCo and may face legal penalties from law enforcement agencies.

II. Policy Provisions

1. Age Restriction

• The platform is only available to users who are 18 years of age or older.
• Any attempt to falsify age to gain access to the platform is strictly prohibited. Once detected, the relevant account will be immediately banned. This is aimed at ensuring that platform users meet the legal age requirements, preventing minors from being exposed to inappropriate online content and environments, and preventing potential risks at the source.

2. Detection and Prevention Systems

• SoulCo will regularly conduct manual monitoring of underage activities and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) behaviors, and firmly prevent any behavior to circumvent detection. The prohibited activities include:
  • It is strictly prohibited to distribute, create, or share any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. Such behavior seriously violates public order and moral principles and causes great harm to the physical and mental health of minors, and is an unacceptable red-line behavior.
  • Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as inappropriate discussions, sexually suggestive role-playing, or wearing sexually revealing clothing, is strictly prohibited. This is to safeguard the dignity and rights of minors and create a healthy and positive online atmosphere, avoiding adverse effects on their physical and mental development.
  • Any form of depiction of child nudity or sexual suggestion, including related content presented in art forms such as drawings and animations, is not allowed, in order to prevent the improper use and distortion of the image of minors and safeguard the moral bottom line and cultural norms of society.
• Harmful or Dangerous Behaviors Involving Minors:
  • Threatening, using violence against, or encouraging such behavior towards minors violates basic moral and safety principles, seriously threatening the personal safety and mental health of minors, and is firmly resisted by the platform.
  • Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors also goes against the purpose of protecting the healthy growth of minors. The platform is committed to creating a safe and harmonious online space for minors to avoid such harm.
  • Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities, such as dangerous games and adventure challenges, may endanger the life safety and health of minors. The platform will never tolerate such behavior and guides users to establish correct values and behavior norms.
  • Promoting or showing neglect or trafficking of minors is an extremely heinous criminal behavior. SoulCo will resist and cooperate with relevant departments to combat such behavior in accordance with legal provisions and moral responsibilities, and firmly safeguard the rights and dignity of minors.

3. Image of Minors on the Platform

• Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in videos or any other form of platform content, ensuring that the platform content complies with social morality and legal norms and provides users with positive and healthy information and entertainment.
• It is prohibited to create or manage accounts for minors, strictly controlling the channels through which minors access the platform to prevent them from entering the online world without necessary protection and supervision and avoid various possible risks and adverse effects.
• Any attempt to falsify age to enter the platform will be strictly stopped. This is based on a full understanding of the vulnerability of minors in the online environment. By restricting minors' access, a safe and pure online space is created for them.

4. Reporting Mechanism

• Once an incident involving the abuse of minors is discovered, it will be reported promptly to the corresponding authoritative agency, such as a local child protection organization or law enforcement department, in accordance with legal requirements, to ensure that measures are taken in a timely manner to protect the rights and safety of minors.
• Users can conveniently report potential violations through the reporting function within the platform or by sending an email to the designated email address (projectsara23@gmail.com). The platform encourages users to actively participate in supervision and jointly maintain a safe and healthy online environment to protect minors from harm.

5. Prohibited Users

• Any user who has been convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, is strictly prohibited from using the SoulCo platform. This measure is aimed at preventing such persons from causing harm to minors again, maintaining the safety and purity of the platform, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of users, especially minors.

III. Enforcement and Transparency

1. Enforcement Measures

• For violations of the child safety policy, the platform will immediately take severe account penalty measures, including but not limited to permanently banning the account, deleting all relevant data, and restricting future re-registration, etc., to play a strong warning role and maintain the normal order and good atmosphere of the platform.
• Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, SoulCo will actively cooperate with the investigation work of law enforcement agencies, fully provide the necessary information and evidence to ensure the fair implementation of the law, and let the violators receive the punishment they deserve, providing a solid guarantee for the safety and rights of minors.

2. User Education

• Display the child safety policy prominently on the platform, and inform users of the platform's firm stance and specific regulations on protecting minors in clear and understandable language, guiding users to abide by them voluntarily and jointly create a safe and civilized online community.
• Provide warm prompts and clear reminders to users when they create and share content, enhancing their safety awareness and sense of responsibility, avoiding possible behaviors that may harm minors due to negligence, and promoting the healthy development of platform content and the standardization of user behavior.
